Will standard twin or twin-extral long size sheets fit your products?
Yes. All size sheets will fit our products. Just puchase sheets to match the size of your topper or mattress. You do not need to buy deep-pocket sheets or any other special type. Standard sheets will fit all of our products. A standard sheet set will work with both our mattresses and our toppers in conjunction with the university-supplied mattress.
How will you know where to deliver my mattress?
You simply supply us with your school delivery information at school. We have arranged to have products distributed to students when they arrive at school. Just bring your emailed receipt to school with you.
When will you deliver my mattress or topper?
We have coordinated with every school to make sure mattresses and toppers arrive when you arrive. If you have special circumstances of which we should be aware please call 1 (888) 862-8848.
What should I do with my topper over the summer?
With the topper, it is small enough to roll up and take with you or store with your other belongings over the summer. Most people, however, like to take them home for use!
I want to order a mattress for on-campus use and there is no product available on my school's page, why not?
Most schools do not allow the university-supplied mattress to be removed from the dorm room during the academic year. If that is the case at your school, we do not have an on-campus mattress option available for you. If you live on campus and this option is not available we recommend you use our topper in conjunction with your school supplied mattress. However, if you live off campus, we can ship a mattress out to you.
